Accepted Banned most likely for using a VPN (1 Viewer)

Date and Time of the Ban: I tried joining around 7/2/2021 6:30-6:35 PM EST but as soon as I joined I got autobanned.
Reason about the Ban: [SourceSleuth] Duplicate account
Admin that Banned you: Console
Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I was using NordVPN at the time but didn't know I would get autobanned because of it. I did not cheat whatsoever nor do I have any alts. I am more confused than anything about this ban. If you guys could do something about this ban it would be really appreciated. Cheers

Sometimes using a VPN with an IP flagged will get you banned yeah, we're sorry about it.
I'll lift your ban, I recommand you to stop using a VPN if you can when you're playing on our community or you will sometimes use a banned IP adress.
