Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:
I have no idea what I was banned for. A few months ago I got the same ban on my "Righuec" account, it was my only account so I didn't know what to do on this account I have 3000 hours in tf2 so
I set up a new "Radly81" account and after some time I was banned for the same, so I don't know what to do.

Your main was falsely perm banned for duplicate account for matching an IP with a hacking account back in 2018. It's not you, probably just your ISP recycling IPs.
Your second account was also banned for the same thing, for a different IP. So your main didn't get your second account banned, another persons account is.

Looking at the IPs, they don't like like VPNs just your standard Polish IPs. But in case it is, please avoiding using a VPN as this can happen.
Since this has happened twice to two accounts for you, it's possible it's going to do it to you again if your ISP is reusing old IPs.

I will say that avoiding your punishment is against the rules, but since it's a false punishment you haven't done anything wrong really. Going on an alt isn't against rules and as you said you where confused on what to do.
So I'll be lifting both accounts. I'll remove the IPs as best I can, let us know again if this happens. Thank you for taking your time out to make this appeal.
