Banned for pornographic spray (1 Viewer)

I want to make a complaint about a ban that I got.


Here is the ban deatails:

It is true that I use pornographic sprays I wont deny that but what bugs me is the following:
1. I have read the rules and there is no rule that forbidds me from using pornographic on that server. (A freinnd of mine doublechecked)
2. I got no warning, the admin didn't warn me he just banned directly, I think that was really bad and it feels like I get no chance to say sorry and remove the spray.

I also have 2 questions:

1. Is there even more rules I cannot see on the servers that I can read here so I don't get banned like this again?
2. Are admins not normally giving warnings or was this admin that kind of police acting admin that gets a pleasure of punishing people?
3. If this anti pornographic spray rule exists, then is an anime girl in a swimming suit and gigantic tits porn? I mean where is the line, is it as fast as the spray contains nudity?

We're working on a new rule system right now. I actually forgot about porn sprays, thanks for reminding me. When I write up that rule we'll also work on some nuance as to where the line is. This can be hard to define though.

Even though it is not explicitly in the rules now, we do not allow it. But you should have been warned, I fully agree.

Ok am i going to get unbanned? do you think I was rightfully banned when there was no antipornographic spray rule and I didn't even get a warning. I mean how could I know?

I would unban you but I feel like I should give at least the admin who banned you a say in this before I go ahead and just do it.

I agree that this is should be against the rules but as you weren't told of the rule on the server and you didn't get a chance to remove it before being banned I do think you should be unbanned.

Ah, ok then I can understand that. Though I must give that admin MrBenedevil some critism for acting very unprofessional for being an admin on a big gaming community.

he was acting very strange anyways, going around and slaping people n' stuff

Ok nice. the admin MrBenedevil has read this thread but hasn't leaved a note about why I am still banned and he hasn't unbanned me either. I love panda server but it really sucks that you have admins like this :/

I can't check right now if the new box at the beginning when you join the server includes the no inappropriate spray rule, but it should be self-evident (as Evo stated) that any kinds of sprays like yours (Anime girl showing her vagina) are not wanted. I believe that no rules in this case are required to specifically disallow provocative sprays.

Also coming back to the slapping and "weird stuff". I was slapping people that were delaying rounds (Or just messing around with friends which inflicted no harm in the overall game play. Either way I would stop immediately if someone does not feel comfortable with me messing with my friends).

Also I find it very insulting that you come on this forum and immediately assume that I'm some kind of unreasonable sadist and an overall bad admin.

You will be unbanned for the moment. Please be more respectful next time as we are all reasonable admins and have our reason as to why we ban people. I can assure you that no admin of our community gets joy out of punishing people, quite the opposite actually. Also keep your voice spam to a minimum next time as some people found it extremely unpleasant.

why would that be self evident? People clearly liked the spray. I will be carefull in the future so I don't break anymore unwriten rules when you are online.

Also I am sorry for indirectly calling you a sadist, I got all mad over this ban, and you now decided to post an answar which i highly respect you for doing. I am still not agreeing with your decision to ban me though and I still wish to be unbanned.

It should be self-evident because a porn spray is a dirty image that others generally don't want to see. Not even mentioning the younger players that might be on the server. Before you argue that it wasn't dirty: that would be useless to do because I didn't see it - it was just a general statement.

Exactly! If this admin was good at his job he should have known the that rule was unwritten/unofficial and shoulda given me warning(s) before ban/kick.
