I believe Mikey made a mistake. Ever since I have returned to the server after my previous ban, I have not changed my name once to "insult" or "provoke" other players.

None of these appear to me as "insulting" or "provoking". They are just funny meme names. If any of them were offending someone, they would've expressed it and I would change it.

Even if this isn't provoking/insulting as the other times, your "funny meme names" is the same story as your previous appeal you made, and bambi gave you an ultimatum about this, you know you can't change many times your name in a short period of time.
From the pics you see that you keep changing it every 5-20 minutes, and I'm sure if I would've let you do this for another week, you could've clearly seen many times you change your name because "funny meme names" that some like "furry exterminator" isn't at all.
Going to Decline this appeal.
