It's been over a year ago, I can hardly remember what I did and I don't even have a second account.
I've never filed a unban ticket because I mainly play on Blackwonder, but now the servers are a bit empty and the panda servers are pretty full.
So I wanted to join Panda again but it seems I was banned.

The IP that got you banned is a VPN, so you must of played TF2 on your laptop with a VPN last year. Though not against our rules, we discourage the use of a VPN as this happens unless you absolutely have to due to country restrictions.

I can lift the ban, but do keep in mind that if you do use a VPN in the future this can happen again and you'll have to go through this process again.
