Evidence:

1) User has been banned from another server.

2) In the demo attached, the user had not missed a rocket, or died to one. Even good players make mistakes. He/she had made none. He/she was also mocking me in chat.

3) He/she is VAC banned from another game.

1. We do not ban people for being punished on other communities.
2. No he's not hacking, he did miss multiple times and did die multiple times, DON'T LIE! my bad, I was looking at the wrong pleb, however he is still not hacking. Nor is is he mocking you in any way.
3. We do not give bans for being VAC banned on another game.
EDIT: Record it from THEIR perspective if they're hacking as well, it's not that easy to tell from your perspective unless it's very obvious
