Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I think this might have happened because I tried connecting to the server using public Wi-Fi instead of my home Wi-Fi. I don't really know, this is my only Steam account and I've been playing on the Panda JB server for years now and haven't had any problems like this. I'm not using a VPN or anything, so I guess the public Wi-Fi I tried using looked weird to the system. I'll try only connecting when I'm at home now.

I've cleared out the IP for you so you can join on it. It's the issue with publicly used IPs, it only takes one person to get banned to block that IP from being used.
