Why should you receive a unban for the ban: My VPN sw managed to pick up some old blacklisted IP. To clarify, I don't have any actual bans in effect now. Been behaving very well after the unban (~ a month) and continuing to do so.

Given your history if you get banned for duplicate account again for using a VPN it will stay on and will be considered your last chance over with. Do not use a VPN when connecting and playing on panda community.
