Hello! I believe my account was banned due to a false positive. I do not have a duplicate account, however I use GeForce Now to play Team Fortress 2 and I also have my steam library shared with and am using my friend's steam library. Is there any way this can be investigated and my ban can be lifted? I've been on Steam forever and have never cheated or done anything of that nature in all my time. Please and thank you, respectfully.
