Checking the IP you connected with it is flagged as a VPN / Proxy IP. Looking up the ISP though it's internet for rural areas in your country, which may mean you share an IP with your rural area / recycled IP. I've not seen this happen before for what country you live in.

I've removed the IP and account ban. Hopefully you will not come across this issue again.
