Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I have never used any sort of alternate account on this server or whatever cheat, my game crashed 3 Times, after that i closed Windows defender, maybe after another program run on my PC, think im timed out or on server was more commands,i hope to check that server cause have problems with ping with lag more others https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/138.199.53.157:27015/ i played in that server,u can see in logs maybe internet connection was problem,but 3 times,i think im timed out or on server was more commands

I've attempted to find your ban information with no luck. I tried Andreea ™ and STEAM_0:1:178239010. I also looked up the time of when you said you where banned and I got about this

Do you have the correct community? Maybe take some screenshots or screenrecord what you mean? Because the only other way I'd think you'd be blocked is an invisable IP block that I'll need to add you for. But I want to make sure that you are in the correct place.
