Reason about the Ban:

Insulting players over the microphone and in chat (more then 1), Blu team Teamkilling, Being Toxic in general, Commanding player to break the rules in BLU, Insulting and disrespect Admin in action. (perm banned since his long list of bans and comms, player won't learn from his mistakes, we hope to see a explaination thread soon)

Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: I honestly shouldn't after the way i tried to explain myself in my last appeal and even the way i acted in-game towards the users in-game. But it's been months and since then i do believe that i have changed and i was hoping for a new chance.

My main permanent ban goes for the Jailbreak server if i remember correctly but it affects me on all the panda servers.

i admit to being a Toxic jerk on the server just running around ruining everyones day but i have changed this time for sure.

I will just go on and tag @Madact in this one due to this player is talking about Jailbreak. I also don't know who Wolf is, which is not weird becuase all bans happend in 2015. If Wolf is still around, feel free to tag him I guess.

I've gone through what I can and it's a lot of information to take in.
It's been a good 1-2 years ish. One thing I've noticed is how quick those punishments where stacked on each other so fast.
You've currently only got a 30 minute ban on EU Jailbreak...Which will be an issue as I explain how we're going to tackle this.

I'm willing to unban you, but you will instead have a permanent guard ban instead. After 3 months have passed, I'll be willing to remove the guardban from you.
If you end up breaking rules, you will receive your permanent ban on without warning and you will not be able to appeal after that.
