Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I was only saying a chat about finding a secret area with dudes with their butts out as a joke, twice , and got gagged permanently for it, feel like this is unfair, and i can still talk with my mic, but cant chat, which just feels weird, didn't feel like i said anything too explicit or extremely inappropriate

Yeah no these chatlogs are absolutely not gonna fly here. There are probably other servers that are fine with this type of chat but we aren't one of them. Absolutely nobody needs or wants to hear about your weird sexual desires/fantasies.

I joined the server after I got a report on you being overly sexual. I gave you a premature warning with the admin chat to not be sexual but you did not appear to see or head my warning because on the next map you responded with the chat on the bottom.

You have five prior gags, excluding the one I gave you that got successfully appealed as the result of me digging through chatlogs when I wasn't supposed to do as a trial; given I am a full now however I can now look through past chatlogs should I feel suspicious about one's behavior (the other chatlogs besides the one at the bottom didn't impact my decision to gag you, it does impact my decision on this appeal however). A sixth comm is a perm.

You may re-appeal in three months. As for this appeal, I will be declining it.
