HI, I was playing on MGE servers then soddenly I got banned

when i checked it said double account which I don't understand how . I thought oh maybe because I play on my computer and sometimes i loggin from Nvidia cloud gaming which logges me in from a different country

I don't know for sure! but i got permenenet ban which is not fair here .

I don't know for sure! but i got permenenet ban which is not fair here .

I only have one account which is the first one ( STEAM_0:1:207846511 ) I dont have anyone else on my house hold that plays with different account . Or does also neighbors count because we share same wifi network .
and as mentioned I play on Nvidia cloud gaming which somtimes logges me from france instead of UK .

fact is this ip isnt from nvidia cloud gaming.
your explaination sounds very unlikely to be true towards me but an admin should decide on this.

Not all the time as i said only somtimes I use nvidia cloud gaming . I never in my life cheated or had any other ban and its pointless for me to lie . I just feel its not fair to ban me premenantly for something I didn't even do .
