Although this isn't the place to be discussing the rules @Magglet, a simple click on the Jailbreak rules could've answered your question:

Slaying yourself as Warden is strictly prohibited, this includes freeday for all and first day freeday. An exception for this is if the death request is Trivia and the warden answers incorrectly.
