Why should we revoke your punishment - 1. It has been more than 2 years since I‘ve been permanently guardbanned.
2. I have a new microphone and am now willing to use it.

Don't see a point in re-applying either of the guardbans since you do have a mic and the other one is two years old. Just keep in mind your next guardban will likely be permanent.
