You are just under the mass alt threshold so you will be given a second chance.

If you alt or use a VPN, even without any punishments on your main, you will be permanently banned without warning.
Also you have a teamban on your main account but with older teambans they tend to break so it needs to be reapplied. So you are not allowed to join blue team until you have an accepted teamban appeal. If found joining blue team between now and your next appeal your permanent ban goes straight back on. Don't attempt to 'test' it. Would be wise for you to request a teamban to be placed on you if you see an admin on the server just show them this thread.
As for when you can appeal your teamban I'd say 2 weeks cooldown from now with active sessions. This is so you can learn the rules as you play.
