Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:
I was banned for turning on client-side sv_cheats with a bug that was in the game for ~a month. It involved changing one of the matchmaking ping panel convars to just 'sv_cheats' in a hud .res file. I was auto-banned by SMAC since invalid convars are usually associated with hacks. The bug was patched on June 21st and was relatively harmless; you could only change things that affect your client, such as r_ and cl_ cheat protected commands like root lod and drawothermodels.
I don't cheat and I just thought it would be funny... I play on panda often so I hope you guys can remove the permanent ban!
