Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:
Apparently the ban says that I commited "Duplicate Account" when I have never had another Steam account at all or that stuff, So Im a bit confused about this, This caught me off guard since I was just playing as usual on the Hightower server but when I died and respawned it just throwed me off the server.
