On the freak fortress server, and I want to apply for that server as well.

No, BUT im going to buy one, if its really necesary.
Previous Mod/Admin Experience
I was a mod once on a normal TF2 server, but the server got closed after the main admin got private problems and he really didn't want to continue anymore.
Experience with SourceMod
Only the basic and usefull commands, nothing else.
Why would the team choose me
Its not really something I thinked about much, because in the end its in your hands if I apply or not. But if I need to say something, its because I could do things people couldn't do because of time or any problems (Basically watching the server when no one is avaible) Its not to brag, but I also consider myself as mature, so I wouldn't hesitate on do what I need to do when there is someone causing problems on the server.
How would I do my Job
I would try to make people understand what they are doing wrong, and that they shouldn't continue doing that action. If they mainly don't listen to me, or try to insult as well, Im going to use commands as gag or mute (Whenever its used, microphone or chat) If the offenders keep doing whatever they are doing without even try to listen, I will kicking them. And if they just consider themselfs as trolls, and come back to the server just to continue, I will ban them as for many time is required. (I don't know if it is something you would like to know, but if there is a hacker and I REALLY thing he is, without warnings I will ban him)
MicSpammers: 2 Warnings and Gag, Then kick and then ban.
Spammers: 2 Warnings nad Mute, then kick and then ban.
Porn/Offensive Sprays: Ban the spray and talk to whoever sprayed it, if he thinks it isn't offensive and doesn't want to listen and act "Like a badass" Kick and after that ban.
Hackers: Instantly ban, but I confirm it until I see it by myself. A kick if too many people are reporting him.
People that don't know english/Don't want to speak it: I would try to explain to the about that, if they calm down its ok. If they talk english, its ok. But if they just continue or refuse to stop, Gag. After that if they annoy on chat I kick. And then, ban.
AFKs: Kick after 5 rounds, if that afk is on spectator im just going to let him there (He can't delay in there, so letting him there is the most reasonable option)
