Previous experience as Admin or Moderator:
Lieutenant General of the Royal Grenadier Guards regiment in the British Army ROBLOX group, 2018-2021. This particular group was very competitive, striving to be one of the top army groups of its time. It remains active, with a 3rd revamp of the game recently being released. From the moment I joined, I fell in love with the system. Despite the childish nature of playing a game as a character made of Legos, there was nothing childish about starting at rock bottom, the lowest of the low, and then slowly learning in order to become the best asset you can be for anyone who gives you the opportunity. To keep it short, I gained a plethora of experiences that would continue to serve as foundations of my character. Perfect grammar was mandated, and you were not allowed to chat publicly to other players while in game, until you reached a very high rank, which would take around a year on average. I was very lucky to join when the regiment was small and otherwise incompetent. Last sentence I promise, over the course of my time in the army I rebuilt the regiment, at one point commanding 30+ people in game at once, 100+ people in the regiment (100 THOUSAND in the entire group), all while being responsible for every single one of my guards' perfection.
Referee Overseer, Beyond Volleyball League, ROBLOX again, 2021-2023. This was a more casual community, yet an extremely competitive game, I've since quit the community because I grew bored of it. No matter how streamlined it may have been to stay active, with great power comes great responsibility. It was a great time where I was able to make documents, like the rulebook (forgot to mention I made 15+ page documents for the group in the previous paragraph) make systems work, and otherwise make the league flow smoothly. Not much to put as I'm sure you aren't interested.

What would you say makes you a suitable candidate?
I have nothing but confidence that you will recognize my common sense, rigor, and possibly my charisma. Regardless of what may come of this application, I will strive to maintain good standing as an integral part of the JB and panda.tf communities. Thank you for reading, happy New Years to all who celebrate, feel free to make fun of me for this application in game.
My objective as a member of panda's HR team would be to ensure the jailbreak servers flow properly as best I can. People that break the rules either don't know the rules, or don't care for them. In most scenarios, only a small correction is needed. Other cases are players who disrupt others enjoyment due to their own carelessness, or because they are evil and need to be punished. If this application amounts to nothing, I will continue exactly what I have been doing, which is enforcing the JB system as much as I can without the power of an admin. I regularly inform players of rules they should be aware of, reds and blues alike, because when you know all the rules, you know how to have fun without breaking them.
