He is appealing his previous ban which was applied with insufficient evidence. Should that ban get invalidated his current ban ought to be shortened.

Hi there,
The screenshots shown from the previous ban is yes probably not enough as I usually accept demos, however, you have been banned by Lighty for stealing and it's sort of hard to decide weaher to shorten it or not. You been stealing rockets and when you got unbanned, you continue'd to steal, if I shorten the ban, you will continue to steal when the ban expires, I would like to have some feedback on this as this is sort of a hard decision to make.

It is true that i steal sometimes but only in cases like were it is impossible to avoid the rocket. That was also the case with snuggles. He always "Sniped" me when i was close to him(not blocking).
