First off that isn't why you are banned, you were banned for using an alt account to evade a permanent gag/mute/teamban.

You were gagged after your toxic behaviors were brought to light by bambi in that appeal. By that point you have plenty of chances to fix your behavior but you simply didn't. Using an alt to evade the ban right afterwards doesn't help your case either. I'm not sure what there is to disagree with here, I am not going to be giving out another chance especially considering you somehow have a permanent punishment in nearly everything.
