I don't see any racism but I do see general toxicity with the "Fuck you"'s and other things, as well as caps spam. He did say "NIGGA" once. Nothing else though, no statements that were racist or spamming of anything racist. Might be something to warn about and not punish.
I think it's borderline enough for a gag but I think madact should make the final call.

to be quite honest I just included that because that was what Cake told me in DM he was focusing on in the report. I didn't think it was really racism. That being said I have seen admins in the past warn not to say "nigger". But "Nigga" nowadays is used more as a slang for "homie" or "friend" in a way. So it's not even really that much of anything.

There is a bit of toxicity and insulting going on though.

The terms origin can be considered offensive. Even slang or changing just the letters in an attempt to get around the punishment.
