ID is STEAM_0:1:429662624 alt of STEAM_0:0:200995742 however he is already perm'd and will never be able to return unless he's at least a lil bit smarter than the average Joe. Banning this alt is a waste of time as he'll never use it anyways, even if he does he still can't return.
