Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I was banned because me and STEAM_0:1:524022259 share an IP address, they are likely using the same internet provider StarNet and they're from the same country of Czechia. There is nothing I have to do with that person, it isn't my account and I've never seen it prior to finding out through my last ban appeal. I have a decent inventory and Steam account dating back to 2009 with TF2 dating back to 2012 with no incentive to install third-party Russian spyware in order to gain an advantage over others due to a god complex or whatever their reasons were. I recognize that this is problematic as they deserve the ban but I'd like to play too.

So I did further research into your matter and checked to see if you had an IP change as you had played before 12th but not between 12th - 16th which would of proven your innocence.
Checking the alt log I don't see an IP change only 1 IP logged. So to us that indicates that your IP hasn't changed since you started playing on panda community which confirms the other account is linked to this account you are appealing.

So I still don't see any plausible reason for you not to be linked to the other account. Unless I am missing something this is another decline.
