I Play On Panda Dodgeball USA Server, And I Would Go To A Server In Case Of A Report.

I Do Have A Microphone.

I've Been Admin On A Couple Servers That Are Trade Servers And One Dodgeball Server Which Is Having Maintanence Done Right Now.

Yes I Have Experience With SourceMod.

I Have Quite A Bit Of Experience Of Making Sure People Follow The Rules.

If Someone Is Not Following The Rules It Is Simply 3 Warnings Then A Temp Ban Depending On How Many Times They Have Already Been Banned.

Both of your account have accumulated up to 5 bans, which issues a permanent ban...and yes, I include sourcebans block of your ip as a proper ban. Besides, the amount of bans you have all ready I wouldn't be surprised that you've done this plenty of times out of reach of the admin's eyes.

Even if I didn't perm ban you, your applications would of been invalid due to one of your bans is in the range of the 'No bans/mutes/gags within the last 1.5 months'

Your application is invalid due to your permanent ban. You can reapply if your permanent gets lifted and you have waited at least 1.5 months from that ban.
Thanks for letting me know about this, sourcebans is hard to deal with it enough as it is
