Name/Nickname: Captain Caribbean.

Online Times: I play like 4 hours everyday (mostly from 13:30 to 16:30 UTC +1), and weekends about 6 (from 12:00 to 16:00 UTC +1). If i´m online on my mobile i can go for any problem (connected from 13:15 to 23:00 UTC +1).

Do you have a Microphone?: Not right now, but i´ll buy one soon.

Previous Experience in Admin/Moderator: I´m admin in a group called "United Trading Community".

What Panda Community servers do you usually play on?: mario_kart.

Do you have experience with SourceMod and how it works?: I know the basic ones, but i´m learning the others.

Why should we choose you?: I usually emphatize with many people of the server, i speak catalan, spanish, english, german, french and russian ( i don´t know if that really cares...), i am online many hours and when i´m on the mobile i can go there for any problem.

What will you do as admin?:
- Racism or insults: make him to apologize, but if he keeps insulting, ban him one day.
- Cheaters: banned directly.
- Spawncamping: tell him to go away. If he is still spawncamping, kick him by 10 mins. If he stills spawncamping, ban him.
- Pornspraying:Delete the spray.
- Micspam: Mute him

With the "what will you do" question, we mean that you should give an overview of how you would handle certain situations; how you would use which punishments.
 
English is understandable but still hurts my eyes

Questions and answers are both in the same style. No bold or anything. such Wall of text wow.

Instead of giving him fair feedback on his application you go ahead and make such a lame joke. Maybe we should all vote on whether YOU are suited to be an admin.

On topic:
Your english is simply not good enough to communicate with the players as part of the official staff team. Your explanations might come off as something entirely else due to the language barrier and you'll be less likely to be taken seriously. I, personally, think you are not suited to be an admin here.

i have nothing against you.and i love to play on panda(mario)server.but what i dont need is to be insulted every fu.. time i log on,of other players and that you wonna be admin dont help me.
and i dont need you to tell me,that i suck and i need to log off.i just play for fun.i am a very old dude,and i been admin on a chat room for some years.so i know how to behave.i dont think you are ready to be a admin.mayby later on.if you be a admin i will wish you good luck and hope it go well for you..

PS: I recognize that sometimes i named you as "w + m1" or "bodyshoter", but that is not an insult, just a type of game. If you think that´s an insult, i give you an apologize.

i have make a change to to the comment.my mistake.i dont care if you call me a bodyshooter.a death will come in many ways :).
and captain,you know i cant make a proof,becuse i dont know how :)
but a admin.need to stop insults on other,not let them go on and on and on.i can tell you.that one of those there insult me.come on today.and he say...rentasoldier i dont say anything to you today,becuse i know you get very angry.

Alright, but I think you should calm a bit down, I can be serious. You've never seen me on the server, have you?

So, as far as English skills, I totally agree on what Kitty said: understandable but not the best out there.
In regards to your policies / punishments, I think you could have specified a bit more. Racism and insulting would only lead to force the user to apologize? I do understand that apologizing is a good thing, but you could have specified what you would do if the user kept insulting others. This seems obvious, but we need to have details, since in another admin app I've seen this:

Declined due to another applicant seeming more qualified for the job.
Your application was awesome, but unfortunately we're not looking for more than one admin for mario_kart.
