Do you have experience with sourceMod and how it works?: I know the basic commands, but I must study more.

Why should I be chosen?: I’m very sociable and active person and like helping people. I love playing and spending time on the Panda servers.

What will you do as admin?:
All that do not respect the rules, I would warn them twice to stop. If they do not stop, I will kick them.

My attitude toward offenders:
-Racism and harassment: kick
-Mic spamming : mute
-Cheating or hacking: Permanent ban
-pornography: definitely kick

That's a bit too much too, you can just warn and slay him if he's spawnkilling.

As said before, a warn or a slay first before kicking would be better in my opinion.

Also could you go a bit more detailed considering your attitude towards rulebreakers? Like how long will you mute/ban people when they rulebreak.

Well, I still think a kick is too much for a spray. Couldn't you just use a command to remove it and warn the user?
