Online Times and timezone: I'm online from 14-15:00 until 21:00 CET/CEST in the Week and Almost the whole day on Weekends.

Do you have a Microphone?: I do have a microphone and I use it frequently.

Previous experience in Admin/Mod: I was a Server Admin for the the GFL Gaming Community for about 9 month in which I worked my way up to be promoted to a Server Manager. They closed their TF2 servers resulting in me loosing my Position.

What Panda Community servers do you usually play on?: Most of my time I play on CP_orange, but I also play a lot on MGE.

Do you have experience administrating with SourceMod?: I have a lot of experience because, I have set up myself a local server, with which I learned managing Plugins and also which commands to use for which problems. Also as my posistion as Server Manager I learned again how to manage plugins and how to configure them, Also I learned how to find out the right error in an Error-Log.

Why should we choose you?: Because I'm a Person who focuses on his duties and also takes every little job serious. Aswell, because I have a lot of experience as an admin and I know the work to do. Also there are a lot of times in which admins are not avalaible, which makes a lot of Hackers or rather rule breakers get away unpunished which I would like to prevent.

What will you do as Admin?: At first I will warn everyone except Hackers, which I will permanently ban and record a demo, also I will ban 2nd accounts of those people if it is 100% true that they are 2nd accounts of them. If I or another admin has already warned the Player I will punish the Person according to the number of warnings and previous punishments. My bans,if I need to ban, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 10 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 3 weeks, 1 month and Perma bans, I will also use this for mutes/gags/silences. If the Person is a special case I will also take other times but those are my standart ones. Mutes and gags Will I do depending on What kind of things they do. Also I will check the sprays of people a few times a day to prevent Pornographic or Racistic sprays. In case of spawn camping I will first kill the person spawncamping and warn him, after that I will warn him once more followed by 1 hour ban if done again.

That "life.exe has stopped working" is my kill bind I can remove it.
To the getting angry it was ironic but I will stop it if it feels like it's getting a bad image for the players or if I'm setting a bad example with it.

As an admin, you need to set and example on how to behave and set an authority so players can listen to you.

With those kinds of messages, you're going nowhere with either of those two.

• So you made your 2nd application, it looks much better and you had to put more effort in this one which is fantastic!
• I think that you have the capability to become an admin in Orange, since you are online very often and playing in Orange. If you were a Server Manager than you have the knowledge to make the best decisions in every problem that connects into that server, and in my honest opinion I think you do.
• Imulion enforces the rules into those dark creatures, and he calls me whenever a hacker is on the server and im not connected at the time. Despite all of that he is a Well-Known player on #27 Orange.
• In my opinion the 5-minute ban is not quite necessary, just go for the 30-min ban, the player needs to understand that rules in that server cannot be broken (all the server ofc) and 5-minutes is too little for him to change.

Just a quick thing. Do not forget that you need to treat each player the same as the other ones (unless he/she has already suffered punishments) and you know what players im talking about, I think you can manage those things and make a good job at my side!
