Do you have experience with SourceMod and how it works?nope but i heard its kinda the same as garry's mod ( planning to buy it anyways )

I do have a question. Could you give us a brief but sufficient description of what actions you would take if you were to become admin? What would your general policy be against different types of rulebreakers?

depends on what rules they break, minor punishment on the rules that "everybody once in a while breaks" that would be like slap them or give them an instant death, at the rules who cant be broken but still some do just to have fun, give them a warning and a headsup if they keep doing it they will get kicked or others in that matter and the rules we surtenly not want to be broken with instat kick/ban or read them the rules so they know what they do wrong.

No experience.
I also looked into your account and the amount of playtime on our servers scares me a teeny bit.
Connection time ends up being 11 hours for all our servers, I think this is not enough to become an admin.
If I compare this to the recently added admin Noodl which has 7 days of total connection time on only the dodgeball server, not including his time on other servers.
I don't think you have played enough on this community.
Last but not least, you have only played 77 hours of TF2.......

Also a note to others, we have allot of serious pending requests of allot of active community members which include Kitty and Didixo.

PS; if you have a closer look at his/her profile you can see that she/he is from Belgium and not the UK.

My thoughts about the application:
It's a -1 for me, this because of the amount of experience, the amount of playtime (game and servers), lying about where he/she lives and the fact that there are other/better pending admin applications out there.
