Although I do believe it would be a nice feature, it would be a bit cluttered and it can't really accommodate for those with Neopronouns if applicable. Since if we let people type custom Pronouns people could end up abusing it to either have slurs as their pronouns or other offensive material. It's not ideal but we should just stick to asking for pronouns or just correcting somebody if they accidentally misgender.
