some wardens are kinda blind and cant see the "(gagged)" next to people's names so i propose a idea of adding a command that helps gagged players make the warden or guards know that they are gagged.
so basically when you type the command in chat it puts that red rectangle text thing over you saying "this user is gagged please dont do any game that forces you to talk" or something like that, the command only works on actually gagged players. and thats my idea

Seems like a good idea in practice, I don't really see any issue's with your solution. The only thing is that you're going to have a hard time convincing the admins/devs to implement a plugin specifically for people who broke the rules and got themselves gagged. The only counterpoint I see to this is "Don't get gagged in the first place and you'll have no problems", which is a pretty fair argument. Not sure if you're perma-gagged or what but my advice would to be just wait a reasonable amount of time and put in an appeal and don't do whatever it is you did again. Best of luck!

if you cant do the time…don’t do the crime….

From what I understand it’s totally fine to do mini games that require talking even if one of the reds is gagged. Sure it’s not very considerate especially if you do trivia with one of three remaining reds gagged, but it’s up to the warden. I feel like adding a message asking wardens to not do that type of mini game would imply that it is against the rules which I’m not a fan of because soon players will start saying that it’s against the rules to do so. I also agree with other posters here, if you are immature enough to get gagged you can live with the consequences.

A good idea on draft and helps the warden/guards show which persons are gagged.
However I feel this is giving gagged players an "advantance" by showing that they can't type and in some way "forces" the warden to change games which doesn't require typing.
I'm not a fan of that.

As Moon_IV, Zee and Dr. Meatloaf already typed, just don't get gagged in the first place and you'll be golden.

Tbh, the only time being gagged is an actual problem is when the blue team just makes you kos because of it, which in it self isn't that common. I've been in a few situations where I was killed just because I couldn't talk back, like just a few days ago we played trivia and I was just straight up killed because I couldn't communicate. No question was given, no rules were stated, it was literally "Oh, Fades gagged and muted, so he's kos". Granted it is my fault for getting gagged, and like I said earlier these situations aren't that common so it's not that big of a deal. But all in all I do have to agree with what had already been stated. If you cant handle your punishment, don't break the rules.

why would we need to have a command that restrict games for wardens like trivia, diner or teather beacuse of somones idiotic actions. you've also been warned to not be toxic, yet warnings you've ignored that led to this feedback. just dont get gagged or muted

This is the equivalent of a teacher punishing their students for one student's misdemeanor.

Maybe you shouldn't have broken the rules and you wouldn't have gotten gagged.

Damn they even got the perma silenced guys coming to oppose this

Doing mini games that require chat should never be stopped because of someone breaking a rule. JB heavily relies on social interactions. If you slip up and get silenced then do the time.

There is no need to not do a minigame like trivia or theater to accommodate one person.
Though if you do trivia with one person silenced and one person not then you are an idiot lol

There probably does exist some compromise that can be reached, but I wouldn't be the one to think of it.
A command like the suggestion you propose would lead to spam/abuse a la !repeat, which we don't have currently for similar reasons.

I like the idea of helping those who are actively trying to reform by playing the server, and getting their hours in for a potential appeal.
This solution, however, could give those who were muted for very valid reasons, another tool to annoy those around them.

It's an interesting idea that I think shouldn't be immediately written off, but you'll (original poster) have you to really brainstorm and present yourself well going forward.
