It's working properly for me. Could be either a bad cache in your browser or you have a plugin that is stopping it like NoScript or the likes. If you have CCleaner try exiting your browsers and running it on the default settings and it should fix it.
I just formated my pc and i have only chrome and steam in it (downloading tf2 atm).Ad styler is still not working.Before the format i uninstalled Ccleaner but still nothing.
