So you know that the warden says "Go To The [Color] Line and AFK Freeze on the line". but what is the "Freeze" for? like, why the Warden needs to say "AFK Freeze" when they can just say "AFK"? the "freeze" is for not moving the mouse? it's weird question that i have in my mind and I don't have an answer to.

It's just different variants of the same jb slang, for all intents and purposes "afk" is the same as "freeze", "afk freeze", "don't move", and whatever other synonyms you can think of that relate to staying in place.
