Just saying, this can easily be invalidated as this can simply be a spy disguised as a friendly spy or simply didn't kill himself whilst in the red spawn.
It would be better if you got a demo of the teleport (entrance and exit to clariffy) and a demo of him either killing or just plain not killing himself as a blu in red spawn for example.

He did back stab me when i was on red but i don' t have any evidence for that.
