health bar ff2 freak fortress wolf!

I've seen a lot of servers with a health bar and actual numbers inside of it so people don't have to spam !halehp so often. Is this because they are running a new version of the Gamemode? And for the one million dollar question~ Is it possible that we can maybe get this on Panda too? :kappa:~plz!
