Quick question about FF2~ (1 Viewer)

I've seen a lot of servers with a health bar and actual numbers inside of it so people don't have to spam !halehp so often.
Is this because they are running a new version of the Gamemode?

And for the one million dollar question~
Is it possible that we can maybe get this on Panda too?

Server being outdated, isnt the case. Again can't remember, if you can see the actual healthbar without typing /halehp, but Im pretty sure the healthbar shows in my screen all the time. Sometimes its broken due to my outdated hud

I don't have any huds installed, I have the stock one of TF2. always had.
You can see the health bar but without any health info in it! (seen a lot of servers with this)
