I think putting an additional dispenser one on top of the existing one will solve the pyro problem. Just a guess, but I never noticed a big change in dispenser sound volume when healing from two of them.

+1 to unban on mumble, because "he has no need to be there" is an invalid reason, which makes it an invalid ban. Circumventing invalid bans can not be an offense. As I don't know the reasons for forum ban, I'm abstaining on this one.
