What does "Admin Only LR" mean?
Things such as BKMASSACRE (although people don't do that lol) are labeled "Admin Only LR". What does this mean? Is it a LR that only admin can choose, or is it LITERALLY forbidden? I quite like it but still, it can ruin other peoples fun. -
