So, iceworld is a classic map but it had some problems, one of them quite major. I have made an edited version which fixes some stuff such as the carebear model causing clients to crash. I don't know if this was on the server before but it's a good map that you should consider adding now...
I'm aware that you are using the old port of aztecan which kind of sucks. I have just recently re-ported the map with some enhancements.
