Just want to point out that Bashiii does have a report of him deadtalking, so take that into consideration with the appeal. If the report is accepted he would be perm muted again, which might show something about "realizing what one did wrong". Or maybe just wait for the report to go through...

Just for the future you should really try to record more than 4 seconds.
