I see no reason not to turn the server slot into 32, and i dont believe donator's votes should count considering they have no problems at all joining a full server

As spoken in the discord, these changes would be most preferred: Less damage, no buff banner on minions, halved rage damage (110 with slightly faster swing speed), no stun on rage
