Crits are a handicap put in place due to the lack of competence in blus. If the average blu was more competent crits would not be needed.

i have personally never seen a situation where every player has less than 30 minutes on the server, but thats just my experience.

I don't think hose_gonzales2011 being forced to play red for half an hour is as big of a threat to the server's health as you are making it out to be.

Yo. I think it would be beneficial to the server if new players had a temporary gaurdban placed on them upon joining. This would reduce the effectiveness of mass freekillers, and prevent new players that don't understand the rules from souring the experience for everyone. I'm not entirely sure...
