I just got a new laptop and loaded up tf2 for the first time. I installed a config and put the noforcemaccel commands into my launch options and such, and yet mouse accel seems to be on. I mean, if I go to my options it says it's off, but when I mouse my mouse faster my crosshair moves way...

It's really obvious that joining on another account to evade a punishment would be forbidden. If you are banned on any account, you can't play on the servers. So when your second account was banned by console, that means that that is now your new punishment length and you also cannot join on...

If I only read the exact words you say here, I'd say no. But in the appeal I saw stuff about giving away that someone is "kos" (whatever that means) and at that point I can no longer judge if that's in any way bad or not.
