• The evidence that they broke the rule or rules above. so according to him, me and my teammate broke multiple rules and he started getting angry, so when i called him out for spamming a little too much in chat, he called me the R-word, and when i called him out for it later he then says i act like a 3 year old

This guy was consistently being immature and being toxic over something that happened a map ago (like over an hour at that point). He was breaking multiple rules on blue, and issuing tons of illegal orders. He just kept going on and on and wouldn't stop the toxicity himself. I didn't screenshot any of the messages but I have people that can vouch that he wouldn't move on.

I did say a slur, and I apologize for that. I shouldn't of said that. I also said he was being immature for not moving on as its a video game. I believe its fair for moderation for me saying the slur, however he he should be too for his toxicity.

yeah he never apoligized and every time he would get killed (of his own doing) he would always say it was us breaking the rules, i just called him out and he got very!, very angry and wouldn't stop complaining about it

I am only going to respond once more as I have moved on. This kind of rage baiting you can see in his response is exactly what he was doing and just being toxic on top of it. yep we werent in the same cells and he killed us. (for context this was after CW 1 per cell). It snowballed from there.

because I don't wanna waste my time reporting someone on TF2 jailbreak servers. The amount of people that break rules everyday is constant so there's no point, it really doesn't change much.

It is hard to tell from the clip but I do see that the one of the snipers dropped from the top cells while the other came from the bottom cells. And while yes it may have seemed like a freekill, you and the other sniper did move after the afk order was given. Though if you had stayed still after getting shot you would have been freekilled and that could be warranted for a report.
