Essentially, he never stated it was elimination, asked what I'm pretty sure is an invalid question, then kills me after the other blus keep messing around with the buttons. I do not know why he decided to kill me here.

Brad will be punished for what you reported him for and so will Ragnar as well for button pressing despite being told not to. As the video does not seem to show CapitainPyro hitting buttons very clearly and he says "I'm not doing it" towards the end of the video I will give him the benefit of the doubt and let him off.
