The admin team have reinvestigated this report and have found no wrong doing from the person being reported and have reversed the initial decision.

The shortened and what appears to be potentially maliciously clipped videos of the incident where details are ommitted and the entire story had to be revealed from a third party recording from another user. We will not accept reports with these shortened clips that lack context and are this short. We would advise you to please post reports with full context attatched and not 10 second clips or less. I cannot prove through any official panda medium that this is a revenge report or a form of retaliation, but outside references have told me that it is.

Revenge reports or attempting to adjust evidence in order to assist players you dislike in getting banned via our report system is extremely prohibited and will result in a forum ban if we ever can prove that you are doing it intentionally, that is my only warning.
