What would you say makes you a suitable candidate?
I'm not good at these "tell us about yourself" stuff but I've spent some time on USJB and there have been countless times when I wished I had been an admin because of something like PeanutButterQwQ hiding for 6 minutes but I couldn't do anything but watch. I'm somewhat active on JB and between my Bans and Comms I have only had 1 gag when I was new and didn't know what ghosting was. I'm generally pretty calm and avoid doing rash things but if I do slip I'll try to fix it.

I'm gonna say you're quite humble in your application, I think the whole of the forums know at this point you're the most active jb regular at the time of writing this, You are one of the active regulars in the forums in regards of forums and suggestions, You participate greatly and provide a fresh view to the community, I have personally seen how you act around admins and not around them, the way you warn and how you deal with apparent rulebreaking, You are a bit shy in talking with everyone but still have a presence in the server that is pretty known and well-liked, A trait that I personally consider a big plus for an applicant.

But not all things are perfect, I still consider you to be a highly valued member and would consider you to have a very exceptional potential of being a great admin, Still I would love to see an improvement with warnings, I'll leave that to TRGG2's feedback since I don't wanna steal his new feedback catchphrase but in the end beyond that you take your time to teach about the rules, of which you know well.

All in all, an exceptional regular with a very good history, My vote is quite without a hitch gonna be +1

Hey Onyx, great to see you apply. Wanna start off by saying that I respect the amount of time you have put into this community.

Highest ranked in points and in playtime, which guarantees that your activity is certain.

Adding on to that, you're record is essentially clean, with one gag dating about 1.5 years ago for ghosting. Definitely something none of us would hold you against in comparison to the time you've spent playing here.

I'm generally pretty calm and avoid doing rash things but if I do slip I'll try to fix it.

I myself also have a pretty large amount of time spent on this server, and I have never seen you act rash at all on the servers. Of course things may change when under the heat of administrating. But with other active staff and your mentor, you'll be absolutely fine.

This brings on the lack of staff experience you have. This is something I wont bash on because everyone needs to start somewhere. All I would say is be prepared to ask questions and always try to actively learn from other staff members so you can better complete your task as an admin here.

With the time I've spent monitoring you as a player, you know the rules very well, and of course regulars will always have the advantage of knowing the very miniscule things that are sometimes just not included in our rules.

I have a small fear that the way you present yourself might affect the way players will listen to you, but in reality when they realize you have the ability to take action and punish players in-game, it's only a matter of time before what I just said will no longer apply.

In the end, I feel you would be a great addition to the team. So please, have my verdict.

First off, your application looks clean as always. Your punishment is good although you could use our provided one. I'll remind you that guardbans are server time and not real time. Basically a 960 guardban would mean 16 hours of jailbreak time which is really long.

In terms of reports and calls they are pretty weak. If you don't feel like making reports I understand but show to us that you can at least do some calladmins. There is barely a call from your end.

Looking at your chatlogs, I'll say this on every application but work on your warnings. Half of your chatlogs are just "ow" and that's really it although I will give most of my applicants the benefit of the doubt if they warn in voice chat. Try to make your warnings sound if it is against servers rules while also not sounding robotic.

I will express my concerns on the huge amounts of sessions that you have. I want you to play jailbreak as a source of fun and not being forced to just for sessions just for a burnout to happen. Although I believe you that wont happen anytime soon.

Other than that, you are a respected regular on our server. You will only need some mentoring and that's really it.

Overall I think you'll be a fine admin, my only problem with you is that you currently strike me as a shy person, which actually isn't a problem until you may be forced to split up fights between players.
