I'll take the liberty to open this up for one simple reason: it's an unnecessary hustle for admins to browse through each topic separately with some being left forgotten in a dark corner. A Megathread is more accessible for everyone, particularly those invested in the development of the server, to keep track of upcoming changes and common concerns.

Purpose of this Megathread is for people to submit suggestions regarding the VSH servers. This can go from Hale- to map- to plugin- and/or weapon change suggestions.
For the sake of clarity, I suggest that you only post 1 suggestion at a time - this is because I will put the most liked suggestions into a list and I can't tell just by votes which of your multiple suggestions they liked your post for.

Upvote a suggestion with a "Thumbs up".
Downvote a suggestion with a "Disagree".

A suggestion that has an overwhelming amount of support will be put into the list. The percentage of support must be above 50%, but this percentage is flexible for now. If your suggestion has 10 likes and 9 dislikes, it's getting on the list. If your suggestion has 1 like and 2 dislikes, it's not getting on the list. Once a suggestion is on the list, it will remain there unless manual removal is necessary.

I will try to check this thread weekly if not sooner to see what suggestions have been contributed and how many of them made it into the list.
If a suggestion has been implemented into the server, I will strike it from the list. If an implemented suggestion has been removed from the server, I will remove it from the list and it's up for vote again. (Overwhelming support rule)

If you've made it this far without falling asleep, good on you!
(If the Megathread idea is not wished for, I still recommend an implementation of such a thread, preferably run by an active player or moderator. The server settings are vastly open for improvement, most people would agree. Should this be accepted as a proper format for keeping track of suggestions, I kindly ask for a moderator to pin this thread.)

Please remove Spy from VSH because his cloaking watch is too sneaky!

Respond to this suggestion by up- or downvoting it.
If you would like to discuss this suggestion, please try to keep it as short as possible to avoid other suggestions from being drowned out by walls of text.

It's come to my attention that normal users can't edit threads after a set time limit. Instead of throwing in weekly edits to the startpost, I'll submit a weekly List in a new post every Sunday.

Some things for Spy:

Changes:
Enforcer is completely useless right now as you don't get mini-crits/crits while disguised for the damage bonus. Just give the wep a base damage increase or an accuracy buff
L'etranger cloak gain on hit should go away when the spy is the last player alive to avoid round delay
Revert ambassador to what it used to be pre-nerf to make it viable

Ideas:
YER should allow you to cloak (slowly?) upon backstab and cloak/decloak faster to make up for the cloak duration debuff and not being able to disguise on its own
Spycicle should do 20% less damage on backstab but slow hale for 2-3 seconds

Accuracy buff is impossible, revolvers have a 100% accuracy that becomes inaccurate if you hold fire. Can't make an accurate weapon more accurate.
Also, damage ignoring bonuses work on Hale's rage defense. He gets less damage for a short duration after rage, Enforcer ignores the damage reduction.

That ignoring resistances part really doesn't make up for the negative side of the enforcer. Also I know that revolvers have 100% accuracy on the first shot, I just meant successive shots that would have less recoil/recover faster from recoil.

If you're going to do this, could give each voting part at least a week before deciding a final verdict?
Also, there's no guarantee these will get done. Letting you know in advanced.

The problem is, depending on how much the topic might be used it can get a little difficult to manage the list if I give every single suggestion a grace period of one week.

I've been considering however to set a minimum amount of likes required for an entry to make it into the list, as "majority" can be 2 likes 1 dislike which seems like a really indecisive moment to add a suggestion.

Let me know what you think. Otherwise I'll try to handle future suggestions with a minimal requirement of 5 likes and a majority of support. (Not more than 4 dislikes, in other words)
And don't worry about the actual implementation. This list serves as a reminder for the responsible parties of the things that could be improved for the server. As some sort of unofficial to do list for anyone who feels like they've got nothing to do and help make the server better.

As far as I'm aware, the Enforcer downside is less shooting frequency as the only downside while the upside is consistent damage without drop off from rage resistance. I personally think it's really balanced, considering that as a Spy you usually want to take time between shots anyway so your accuracy can go back to 100% between shots. I've made the experience that when using the Enforcer, my shots were a lot more accurate in general due to the lower rate of fire forcing me to let the accuracy reset.
